High Risk Training Academy (HRTA) has an arrangement with some third parties who provide services on our behalf. These services can be training, assessment, related educational and support services and/or any activities related to the recruitment of prospective learners.
On-Site Training
At HRTA, we understand that flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our clients. That’s why we offer on-site training services for clients who require their training and assessment to be conducted in a more convenient location, and at a date and time convenient to their on-site operations.
Our courses, qualifications and programs can be tailored to suit the flexibility required by our clients, who wish to minimise workplace disruption, whilst maximising the efficiency of training time and effort. Such services include course delivery and Verification of Competency (VoC) assessments.
The delivery of on-site training and assessment is subject to the required equipment and facilities being made available by the client, to ensure that the required training outcomes (performance and assessment criteria) can be met.

High Risk Training Academy (HRTA) has an arrangement with some third parties who provide services on our behalf. These services can be training, assessment, related educational and support services and/or any activities related to the recruitment of prospective learners.
Workshops delivered under a third-party arrangement will be clearly identified by the provider prior to commencement as well as being clearly noted on your Booking Confirmation.
HRTA enters into a third-party arrangement to deliver various courses (units of competency) on its behalf. The third-party must provide the same level of professionalism and compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO) 2015 that an RTO must, however, it is important that all learners are aware that the RTO is HRTA and that HRTA will be responsible for issuing any qualifications or Statement of Attainments.
It is also important that learners visit www.hrtawa.com.au before commencing any Nationally Recognised training with the third party to view information about the courses you wish to attend and view our policies including complaints, appeals, support services, and our student handbook.

Cost per participant is listed against each course, and corporate rates and group pricing is available. This training course is GST exempt. These fees cover all training, assessment, use of machinery/equipment, stationery (books, pens, use of calculator and resources), whistles (where applicable), and most importantly, the amazing experience.
A $500.00 deposit is required when making a booking as spaces are limited.Â
High Risk Training Academy will refund 50% of the course costs if your booking is cancelled within more than seven days’ written notice. If the booking is cancelled within seven or less days’ with written notice, then no refund will be available.
The full course fee must be paid prior to the final licensing assessment and prior to issuing any official course outcome documentation (Statement of Attainment, Notice of Satisfactory Assessment/Assessment Summary). Documentation will be withheld until we receive full payment, after which we send the documents to you via Registered Mail.
Upon completion of a course, the participant will be issued a statement of attainment in the above unit.
Participants who do not satisfactorily complete the course in the first attempt have 90 days from the course completion to undertake a second and third attempt at the assessment at an additional cost (to be determined on a case-by-case basis). Participants who wait longer than 90 days to undertake the second attempt will need to re-enrol into the course and pay the full course fee.
